Shipping

We ship orders from our warehouse in New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and parcel weight, using our nationwide and rural courier rates. Driven By Dirt merchandise ships free within New Zealand on orders over $200 NZD (nationwide) or $150 NZD (rural delivery).

Some marketplace stores pack and ship their own products; where they do, each store sets and receives its own shipping charges, shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. We're working on adding the United Kingdom and other regions; if you'd like to be notified, follow the platform for updates.

Delivery Times

New Zealand: 2 to 5 business days.
Australia: 5 to 10 business days.
United States: 7 to 14 business days.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We may ask for a photo of the issue.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
